The Challenge
Apex Properties was relying entirely on real estate portals for leads. Their own website — built on a generic template — had an 82% bounce rate and generated fewer than five enquiries per month. They had no SEO strategy and were invisible in local search.
Our Approach
We performed keyword research across Apex's target suburbs and project types, identifying 15 high-intent search terms with low competition. We structured the site to target these terms with dedicated suburb and project type landing pages, backed by a content plan for ongoing blog posts.
The Solution
A Next.js SSG site with project showcase pages, suburb guides, a blog, and structured data (RealEstateListing schema). Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar were installed for ongoing optimisation. The site was submitted to Google Search Console on launch day.
